Somehow, you turned a disappointing customer service experience into a piece that is teeming with movement, emotion, and personality. Only you, Sara Bannerman. 👏👏👏

It’s my version of being confrontational: writing about people behind their backs.

Let the record show that T-Mobile will indeed allow you to take your old phone home and back it up as long as you either bring it in to the store or mail it in the box they send you by a certain date. Two weeks is not unreasonable. I stand with Willie Wallace. Loved this piece!

Ok, now! C-Spire, you have 24 hours to respond.

I love how you can take a mundane (and frustrating) experience and turn it into a Wild West tale—cowboys and all! I’m pondering Box’s advice and I think I’ve used your loophole more often than speaking up.

Loren, I’ll be honest, the whole “you’re not allowed to,” irked me, lol. My resistance to being controlled rears up at that sort of thing.

Gnashing of teeth ensues! (Quietly and internally after vain attempts for sellers to see reason.)

As always, brilliant descriptions. I could see it all.

Can't trust people with alliterative names

I love the details like holstering your phones and poor diminished Willie Wallace. But for real, where can I find that cowboy case?

It’s from Casely! I believe the style is called Wild West Adventure. :)

I love this so much. I’ll never forget two names linking like train cars. Willie Wallace.

Ben's friends were Noah and Zoe and I told Zoe that they almost rhymed! Later Brett told me their last name was Nichols. Noah Nichols = definitely a superhero.

Poor guy never would’ve imagined some rando would write about him.
